WOMAN DROWNED WHEN CAR RUNS OFF PUNT.
(Special to the “ Star.”) DUNEDIN, May 21. When a motor-car ran off the punt at Tuapeka mouth } r esterday, Mary Jane Fahey, aged thirty-three, was drowned. Mrs Fahey was with her husband in a car which was run on to the punt to cross the river Molyneux. The car ran over the end of the punt. The body has not been recovered.
