SATURDAY, MAY 26. TRAIN ARRANGEMENTS. TVASSENGERS for Grency's Road will travel by Hie usual 9.15 a.m. Christchurcli-Waiau Train, which will arrive Grency's Road 10.55 a.m. (except passengers from Chaneys, Flaxton anil Southbrook, who will travel by Special Mixed Train, due to leave. Chaney’s 8.29 a.m.). On return passengers will travel by afternoon passenger train from Waiau, which will leave Grency’s Road 4.10 p.m., and will set down passengers where required. Special Horse Train (with car accommodation for attendants) will leave Soekburn 7.20 a.m. for Grency’s Road. Will lift horses if required at Addington, Belfast, Ivaiapoi, Rangiora, Ashley, Sefton, Balcairn and Ambcrlcy, and will also take ordinary passengers from Soekburn. Return Horse Train will leave Grency’s Road 5.35 p.m. for Soekburn. If the Races be Postponed the Special Trains will NOT Run. DAY EXCURSION FARES. Return Tickets, available for day of issue only, at fares quoted below, will be issued to Grency’s Road on 26th May from the following stations:—Christchurch, first-class ti/—, second-class 4/3; Addington, (>/ and 4/—; Soekburn, 6/3 and 4/3; Riccurton, 5/6 and 4/—; Papanui. 5/6 and 3/9; Styx, 5/ and 3/6; Belfast, 5/ and 3/3; Chaney’s 4/6 anil 3/—;, Ivaiapoi, 1/-- anil 2/6; Flaxton, 3/6 and 2/3; Southbrook, 3/- anil 2/-; Rangiora, 2/9 and 1/9; Ashley, 2/6 and 1/9; Sefton, 2/3 and 1/6; Balcairn, 2/3 and 1/6. Tickets at these fares will be available only by the 9.15 a.m. train from Christchurch, and 1.10 p.m. train from Grency’s Road except that: (a) Horse Attendants may travel on these tickets by the Special Mixed Trains. (b) Passengers from Soekburn, Chaney’s, Flaxton and Southbrook may travel to Grency’s Road on these tickets by the Special Mixed Train. For Further Particulars See Posters.
