TRAM TRACKS AND PUBLIC SAFETY.
To the Editor. Sir,—Your remarks concerning the dangers arising from trams running on the wrong side of the road are very much to the point. You might safely have gone further, and drawn attention to the reckless speed at which one or two motormen enter upon a loop. There are at least two motormen in the service who should use a little more care when they switch from the main line. There may be more. The general manager can easily locate them.—l am, etc., SAFETY FIRST.
