WRECKAGE TELLS OF SEA DISASTER.
CALLISTO STRIKES NOVA SCOTIAN ROCKS.

A message from Glace Bay, Nova Scotia, states that wreckage from the Dutch steamer Callisto is scattered along the shore near Port Rowe. This indicates that the vessel, which struck the rocks on Saturday during a heavy fog, has broken up. It has not been determined what number of the crew have perished.— Australian Press Association-United Service. BELIEVED TO HAVE SUNK WITH CREW. (United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (Received May 1. 1.30 p.m.) VANCOUVER, April 30. A message from Sydney (Nova Scotia) states that it is feared that the Dutch steamer Callisto has broken up and sunk with her crew*, after running aground in a thick fog on Saturday. No trace has been found of any suivivors.—Australian Press Association.
