Mr C. C. Kemp, who has been ActingRegistrar of Canterbury Col’ege since the death of the Registrar. Mr L. A. Stringer, was appointed Registrar yeaterday. Mr Kemp has been in the board’s service for eighteen years. For six \ears he has been accountant.
