At the fortnightly meeting of the Elim Division of the Sons of Temperance, held on Saturday evening, the balance-sheet for the quarter showed a credit balance of £143. The report ot the delegate to the Hospitals’ Conference was received, and matters arising from it were discussed. Members read the last act of “Romeo and Juliet” at the close of the evening.
