LIGHTS FAIL IN CITY EARLY THIS MORNING.
There was a total eclipse of the city‘s electric light and power in the early hours this morning. At about 1.10 the light gradually faded out, and a space of nearly fifteen minutes passed before the current was restored. __._—.— _._—-
