VICE-REGAL GARDEN PARTY ON FEB. 14.
The garden party which their Excellencies. the Governor-General and Lady Alice Fergusson. proposed to give to-morrow, and for which a number of invitations have already been issued, has been postponed until Tuesday,' February 14. Invitations for Februarv 7 will hold good for Tuesday. February 14. Their Excellencies’ garden party, already arranged for Saturday, February 11, is not affected by the alteration notified above.
