SCOTTISH CONCERT.
The Canterbury Caledonian Society’s annual concert will take place at the Caledonian Hall on Friday, November 11 (Show Night). It promises to be one of the b?st Scottish programmes ever submitted to the public. The very best talent has been engaged by the society. Amongst those contributing items are Mr and Mrs Farquhar Young, Miss Dorothy Spiller, Mr Bracey Wilson, Mr Bernard Rennell, vocal quartette (Messrs L. C. Quane, H. Blakeley, P. Angus and J. Filer), solo dancing by leading dancers, selections by Society’s Pipe Band, reel parties, etc. During the evening a free distribution of heather will be made by the Highland lassies. The box plan now is open at The Bristol.
