RECORD ENTRIES FOR SUBURBAN TENNIS.

OVER 400 PLAYERS IN COMPETITION. The entries for the suburban interclub tennis competition total 53, which means that 424 players will be engaged, and constitutes a record. There are fourteen teams In the A grade, 21 in the B grade and IS in the C grade. The matter of making the draws and allocating the matches either to Wilding Park or to “ home ” courts becomes increasingly difficult each year. Each grade has been divided into two sections, and these sections play on alternate Saturdays.
