VISITING SOCCER MAN INJURED AT EXERCISE; SENT TO HOSPITAL.
Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, June 22. Parkinson, of the Canadian Soccer team, while exercising on St Clair beach, collided with a pile, his head striking an iron stake. lie was rendered unconscious and was removed to hospital. His condition is not serious.
