ROYAL COMMISSION TO LOOK INTO PHASES OF CHILD ENDOWMENT.

After discussing the child endowment scheme, the conference passed a resolution recommending the appointment of a Royal Commission to investigate every phase of child endowment, particularly in relation to wage regulation. Mr Lang was the only dissentient. The commission will be appointed immediately.
