N.Z. GOLFERS PLAY AT NEWCASTLE.
Sydney Sun ” Cable. Aus. and X.Z. Cable Association. (Received June 21, 12.45 p.m.) SYDNEY, June 21. The New Zealand golfers are still in Australia. They visited Newcastle as the guests of the local clubs and plaved a number of matches. The most’ interesting was that between Duncan and Seifert and Burke and Murray, two leading local golfers. The latter won two up. Plav on both sides was keen and brilliant.
