Briand, referring: to his conversations with Sir A. Chamberlain, said that the two great nations were in agreement cn every point considered by their foreign Ministers, and were determined to resist with the utmost strength any disturbance of public order in Europe. The Entente was not as some said a mere souvenir, but very much a reality.
