The wheat pool conference at Kansas city has entered the second day with pledges for co-operation in the world marketing plan to stabilise prices from Russian, Australian, Canadian and American representatives. Some delegates advocated a great world pool. Mr Burnell, president of the Manitoba Pool, urged the perfection of cooperative organisation, each country to operate in conjunction with the others.
