DEFENCE POINT TO BE CONSIDERED BY S.M. On the ground that he had »■written warranty from the man who sold miik to him, John William Newill, a milk vendor, pleaded not guilty in the Magistrate's Court this morning to a charge of selling milk deficient in fat and containing added water.
