N.Z. HOCKEY ASSN. INVITED TO SEND TEAM TO AUSTRALIA.
SUGGESTED PROGRAMME OF MATCHES OUTLINED. The Australian Ilockev Association have issued an invitation to the New Zealand Hockey Association to send a representative team from New Zealand to tour Australia in August. The proposed programme includes matches at Sydney, Goulburn, Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide. In view of added iterest in the hockey game in this country, since the tour of the Indian Army hockey players last year, and the higher standard of play consequent on their tour. New Zealand should be able to send a strong team to Australia.
