ARTILLERY LEAVES FOR SCENE OF ALBANIAN CATHOLIC UPRISING.

Artillery has left Scutari to operate against the revolting Catholic tribesmen, who have been driven back into the ranges. The Italian and Jugo-Slavian authorities have agreed that the rising is purely an Albanian domestic affair.
