A word of advice to parents who contemplated sending their children to a secondary school was given by the Minister of Education (the lion R. A. Wright) when opening the new Roseneath school. “I want to say that it is not a bit of use sending the boys or girls to college if they arc going to stay there for three, six, or twelve months,” he said. “They will do nothing but practically mark time.
