NOLLE PROSEQUI ENTERED IN CASE OF DOUBLE MARRIAGE.

In the Criminal Court, the Crown Prosecutor announced that it had been decided by the Crown Law Office to enter a nolle prosequi in the .case concerning the double marriage of a couple in two churches. The charge against them was that, for the purpose of obtaining a second religious ceremony, they made a false declaration that they were single persons, whereas they had already been married that day in another church.
