At a meeting of the New Zealand High Commissioner and representatives of the Control Boards, held for the purpose of developing a more energetic publicity campaign in Britain for the sale of New Zealand products, Sir James Parr drew attention to Australia’s example of endowing the Publicity Department with £50,000. Sir James Parr was authorised to place the matter before the Government.
