Attracted by the photograph of a broken tram rail in Tuesday’s “Star,” a subscriber brought in this picture, taken only last week, of the tram track near Wainoni. He says that the submerged rails, Which are positively dangerous to drive over, have been in a bad state for years. Even worse is the condition of the track near the Cemetery.
