POPE CONGRATULATES MARIST BROTHERS IN ATTAINING JUBILEE.
Per Press ' Association. AUCKLAND, November 23. A message from Pope Pius XI., congratulating Marist Brothers on the attainment this year of the iubilee of their institution in New Zealand, was received to-day by .the Provincial of the Order, Brother. Justin, through the Papal Secretary of State, Cardinal Gasparri. It reads:— “The Holy Father sends the Apostolic blessing to the Marist Brothers’ community and to pupils and benefac-. tors on the occasion of the jubilee.— Cardinal Ga.sDal4.-i.”
