DRAUGHT WHISKY HAD OTHER BRANDS.

THAMES, November 24. Reserved judgment-was given by Mr Poynton, S.M., in the case against W. C. Kelly, publican, of Kopu, who was* charged with having draught whiskyin labelled bottles of other brands.
The Magistrate said a prima facia case had been made out, and in the absence of an explanation there must be a conviction.
Defendant was fined £2O on one charge, the others being withdrawn.
