j On October 30, Arthur Mills was in ’ a hurry to get to a bach at New Brighton. However, Constable J. Hislop noticed him when he was riding his motorcycle at sixty miles an hour along Page’s Road, near the Tramway Bridge. To-day the case of Arthur Mills was 1 dealt with by Mr H. A. Young, S.M. Mills was fined £25, his present driv er’s license was suspended until March 31 next, and he was disqualified frorr holding another license for eight eeL months after that.
