Iraq’s representative in London, is departing for Iraq immediately by steamer and aeroplane. lie declared that he was confident he would be able to form a Ministry. His policy would be continuous friendship and co-operation with Britain. Jafar Pasha is optimistic regarding Iraq's future development, which would not be a burden on the British taxpayer. ______
