"Le Petit Parisien” says that leaders of the Spanish revolutionary plot gathered 400 supporters and collected arms in Paris. It suggests that the plot mav be connected with the discovery ' two months ago of a plan to carry' off the Notre Dame’s treasures for the purpose of raising funds to overthrow Signor Mussolini or General De Rivera.
