INQUIRY IS SEQUEL TO CYCLISTS’ STRIKE.
An inquiry is to be held on November 17 into the action of a number of cyclists who refused to race at English Park Stadium last Saturday unless the prize-money Avas increased. The date of the inquiry* was fixed at a meeting of last night of the executive of the North Canterbury Centre of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic and Cycling Union. The Stadium authorities will also be asked to report on the matter.
