CREDITORS IN ESTATE OF F. S. RUTHERFORD FAIL TO ATTEND.

DEFIENCY OF £295 ON BANKRUPTCY. There was an estimated deficiency of £295 9s 5d in the estate of Francis Scott Rutherford, farmer, 20, Leighton Street, Christchurch, whose creditors were summoned to the office of the Official Assignee to-day.
