ROYAL PAIR FELL IN LOVE AT SIGHT.
By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Aus. and N.Z. Cable Association. LONDON, November 3. The Stockholm special correspondent of the “Daily Express” says that he is able to tell the true story of the royal romance now nearing the wedding bells stage. The story began with the visit of the Queen of Belgium and her son to Copenhagen in 1925. Later they visited Stockholm, absolutely incognito. Prince Leopold and Princess Astrid then first met. It was literally a case of love at first sight. The course of true love did not run smoothly, however. Troubles arose o\ T er religion, but the Pope has given a dispensation and the Princess will ! not change from Protestantism but has given her written promise that their children w'ill be brought up as Roman Catholics.
