HOLED OUT IN ONE OVER 100 YARDS AND BELT OF PINE TREES.
Per Tress Association. GORE, June 24. A remarkable feat was accomplished by James Sinclair, playing on the Mokola Golf Links near Gore yesterday. I-Ie holed out in one, the shot being over a 100 yards stretch and a belt of pines. HAOLEY CLUB. The following matches will bo played at Hagley on Saturday, June 26 Meares Cup and Hagley Cup. semifinals. For players not engaged in above a four-ball handicap (bogey) will be played. Players must arrange their own partners and opponents and time of starting.
