Mr M’Kenzie informs a " Star ” correspondent that the following have been selected to play in the New Zealand team against Wellington, at Wellington, next Wednesday:— Full-back: Stevenson (Otago). v Three-quarters: Svenson (Wellington), Blake (Hawke's Bay), Elvy (Canterbury). Five-eighths Cooke (Ilawke’s Bay), Nicholls (Wellington). Half: Mill (Hawke’s Bay). Wing forward: Porter (Wellington). Forwards: Irvine (Hawke’s Bay), Lomas (Auckland), Harvey (Wairarapa), M. Brownlie (Hawke's Bay), C. Brownlie (Hawke's Bay), Fin lay son (North Auckland), R. Stewart (South Canterbury). Emergencies—Backs: Lucas. Robilliard, Dailey' and Sheen; forwards; Kirkpatrick, Allqy, Knight and Ilazlett.
