LONDON, June 15. JUST before a body of mounted police arrived at the Richmond horse show to compete for the-King’s Cup, his Majesty, explaining to Countess Potochie that foot police were unarmed save for a truncheon, turned to a constable and, borrowing his truncheon, showed the Countess how it was wielded.
