WILKINS PARTY TRY AGAIN IN ARCTIC.

A message from Seattle states that another attempt will be made by the Detroit Arctic Expedition, to find land in the Arctic. Members of the party have arrived from Alaska for parts to repair the aeroplane. Captain Wilkins is remaining at Fairbanks.
