WEST SPREYDON TENNIS AND DEBATING CLUB HOLD FOURTH ANNUAL MEETING.
The fourth annual general meeting of the West Spreydon Tennis and Debating Club was held recently. The balance-sheet showed a cash balance in Post Office Savings Bank of £124 ISs 4d, and after paying off the remainder of its debentures the club should have a credit balance of £ll2 18s 4d. The secretary reported that the prospects of the club were very good for the coming season. Officers for the ensuing year were elected as follow: —President, Mr G. A. Gilchrist: vice-presidents, Rev A. H. Norris and Mr G. A. Blackmore; honorary secretary, Mr H. A. Wilkins: honorary treasurer, Air G. W. Munday; executive, Mrs Wilkins, Air Wilkins. Air G. E. Franklin, Air D. G. Silvester and Alias E. Hornsby; committee of control, Air D. G. Silvester, Air .T. Silvester, Miss E. Hornsby and Allss O’Connor.
