BRITAIN LOSES £8,000,000 DAILY BY COAL STRIKE.

Hannon, chairman pf the Conservative Parliamentary industrialists, when speaking at Birmingham. lie estimated the country’s loss as the result of the coal stoppage at £8,000,000 per day at present. "If the stoppage lasts another fortnight,” Mr Hannon said in conclusion, “the loss will be £10,000.000 daily.”
