800 BROKEN HILL MINERS GO ON STRIKE BECAUSE ONE WORKED OVERTIME.
ADELAIDE, June 1. Eight hundred employees of the Broken Hill Proprietary at Iron Knob and Whyalia have struck because one man worked overtime under instruc tions from the management. The men allege that this is a breach of the Australian Workers’ Union award.
