The paper points out that the joint dressing £ room arrangement will be in opera- •} tion during all the Tests. It says: “ Everyone will welcome the death of the old social distinction, which is really interesting at Lords, because the Marylebone Club’s constitution always provided a rigid line. Lords is the only ground where amateurs and professionals use a different gate. Another arrangement which has been made in for the Test players. There will be no repetition of the blunder which occurred during the last Australian tour of the professionals arriving late at night on the eve of the Test, and having to search the back streets for lodgings.” STRIKE UNCHANGED.
