Persistence by his wife, however, ultimately resulted in his consenting to undergo the much dreaded ordeal. His photo was taken. In due course the proofs were received from the photographer, and he showed them to his wife. “Oh. Willie!” she exclaimed, “ Oh, Willie, why, you’ve only got one button on your coat.” “ Thank heaven,” ejaculated Willie, ecstatically. “ You’ve noticed it at last—that's the very reason why I got my photo, taken.’’ Mr G. The anniversary services of the Cambridge Terrace Methodist Church will be held to-morrow. The preachers will be: 11 a.m., Rev. E. D. Patchett, and at 630 Rev. J. Harris. The Misses Wright will render a duet and special anthems will be given by the choir.
