CHINESE PAKAPOO PLAYERS FINED.
Per Press Association. WELLINGTON. May 3. Low Kum. a Chinese, who had been imprisoned previously for a similar offence in 1923. pleaded guilty in the Magistrate’s Court this morning to keeping a common gaming house. lie was fined £3O or two months’ imprison ment. His place was used for pakapoo. Another Chinese was fined £2. or seven days’ imprisonment, for being on the premises.
