GREYMOUTH JOCKEY CLUB.
(Special to thfi “Star.") GREYMOUTH, May 2. Advice lias been received by the Greymouth Jockey Club from the Department of Internal Affairs to the effect that the club’s claim for 1$ per cent on £20,00n which passed through the totalisator at the 1925-26 meeting has been granted, and a cheque for £250 has bean posted. The deficit on the club’s roe- t cent meeting abouhted to £73 la, for which the members blamed tho Dunedin Exhibition.
