Mrs Violet Spencer was granted a provisional order of 30s weekly against Leonard Spencer, residing at Wellington . Sh§ gave evidence that her: husband posted her a photograph of a girl whom he said he loved, adding that as his wife was young and pretty she could easily find a more suitable mate. Nevertheless, she was willing to go and live with him. The Judge pointed out that the case would have to be reheard in New Zealand.
