PRIME MINISTER PASSES THROUGH.

WILL STAY IN CITY ON RETURN FROM SOUTH. The Prime Minister, the Hon J. G. Coates, arrived from the north by the ferry steamer this morning, and left for the south by the first express. He will formally close the New Zealand and South Seas Exhibition at Dunedin to-morrow night. Mr Coates will return to Christchurch on Monday night and on Tuesday will be present at the function to be held in honour of Sir R. Heaton Rhodes.
