RUSSIA PLANS RAILWAYS TO JOIN WITH SIBERIA

The Japanese News Agency reports that the Soviet Government is planning to control communications in Mongolia by constructing railways connecting Urga with the Siberian lines. The Soviet is already negotiating with the Mongolian Government on the subJ«ct. The agency adds that Chinese political circles arc strongly opposing the project.
