BOY WHO RAN AWAY COMMITS SUICIDE.
By Telegraph.—Pres* Assn. —Copyright. Aus. and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received April 29, noon.) SYDNEY, April 29. A thirteen-year-old boy, Thomas Sedgmcn, and a companion ran away from home intending to seek adventure in the country. They reached Blackheath and spent a cold night in the
bush without food. A policeman found the bovs next, morning, supplied them with breakfast and sent them home by
train. When they arrived home, bedgmen 3 mother asked him where he had been. The bov. without replying, went to his bedroom and a few minutes later a revolver shot was heard. The boy was discovered dead, shot through the head. He left a note for his mother, saying that he was sorry for what he was going to do, and asking her to say good-bye to the whole family.
