FAVOURABLE CHANGE LOOKED FOR IN COAL DISPUTE VERY SHORTLY.

It is hoped that there will l>e a favourable development very shortly. The Duke of Northumberland, writing in the "Morning Post” alleges that the miners’ executives are the principal striking force in Moscow’s attack against British industry. He declares that Communist publications show that Mr A. J. Cook is one of the chief instruments for the accomplishment of Moscow’s aims.
