The death of Lord Stuart of Wortley has occurred, says a London cable. Lord Stuart of Wortley, K.C., P.C., was born in 1851. He was Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for two terms and was Deputy Chairman of Committees of the whole House. He represented the Government at various international conferences in regard to property and trade. He was created a Baron in 1916. He was married twice, but has no heir.
