Scales, Ltd., to load in New Zealand during January and Februarv for Great Britain and Continental ports. The Anglo-Indian, which Is able to steam 3 1 knots on a loaded draught, was launched this year, and is now on her maiden voyage to Australia. She is a steel vessel with corrugated sides, oi’ 5331 tons gross, and has a deadweight capacity of 10,050 tons. j The Ktimara is due at Wanganui from Brisbane on January 13 to commence loading. She afterwards loads at Oamarn, Lyttelton, Wellington, Opua and Auckland, and is to sail from Auckland on February 12 for London. Captain D. Christie, late of the Karamea, is in cprnmand of the Kumara. Wingatui has paid off her men at Auckland. The chartered steamer Hughlt, from Calcutta, is expected to arrive at Auckland about January 11. She has cargo for Dvttelton. Middlesex, at present discharging at Lyttelton, proceeds to Dunedin.
