Doctor Malcolm MacEachern, Director of the American College of Surgeons. the highest authority on hospital management and efficiency on the Continent, sailed by the Aorangi to tour the hospitals of Australia and New Zealand as the distinguished guest of the governments, lie will proceed direct to Victoria. . Interviewed, he said:- ’* My mind is open and unprejudiced. My objective is to supply recommendations and suggestions to aid the present excellent hospital systems, which are not excelled in the world. Dr MacEachern directs 24S hospitals in America and Canada.
