EYEBROW CARE.
Eyebrows can be trained to grow in a beautiful line even if they are naturally ugly. The woman who is not pleased with' the way her eyebrows grow should study herself in her mirror and consider whether she would be improved by having slightly finer eyebrows. If she decides that she would she should dip the tip of her finger in a little white vaseline and smooth the eyebrows down carefully. Then with a pair of tweezers she should proceed to pull out any hairs which may mar the perfect line. There is practically no pain attached to the use of tweezers, and it will make a considerable difference to the appearance, for straggling, untidy eyebrows spoil even a pretty expression. If it is not desired to “thin out” the eyebrows a great improvement can be made by brushing them with a little olive oil. This should be done with an eyebrow brush and all the complexion powder which may have lodged in the hairs should first be carefully removed. A line camelhair brush should then be dipped in olive oil and applied to the eyebrows. The oil strengthens and darkens the eyebrows and gives them a becoming gloss.
